The Vision & Mission of National Prayer Alliance

VISION: 

v National Prayer Alliance is a God given vision to minister and pray for the country. The National Prayer Alliance would focus on having a strong national prayer network by communicating the prayer needs of all Christians and Churches to all those who pray. The NPA would be to mobilize more people every-where to pray for the Nation, for the Christian leaders and for individual Christians. 

MISSION:

* The National Prayer Alliance shall be a consortium of all the Pastors and Leaders of Prayer Groups / Fellowships, presently functioning in each city / State in the country in order to pray for the Nation as well as the Leaders of the Nation and for each other. Whenever a ministry or an Organization goes through difficult times, all the members of NPA shall unitedly help them as well as take up the matter with the concerned, unitedly, as lead by the Holy Spirit.

* To Identify and appoint a State Consultative Committee for each State in India to represent the National Prayer Alliance.

* To have Jesus Calls Head Quarters, Chennai as the Secretariat for NPA since during the past 30 years Jesus Calls has led the prayer movement in India and is common to all Churches and groups.

* To declare October 2nd as “National Prayer Day” and every year on that day a Fasting Prayer shall be held at a State capital on rotation. The church leaders of the Nation shall unitedly participate in that meeting and pray with one accord for the nation and lead the people in prayers.

* The NPA Secretariat in Chennai would co-ordinate with NPA members to mobilize people in prayer.
